As a qualified Massage Therapist and active athlete, I understand firsthand the physical demands that training and competition place on the body. Having experienced sore muscles, tension, and body aches myself, I developed a passion for helping others recover, perform better, and feel their best through massage therapy.
Before pursuing my career in bodywork, I studied Sport Management and Business Administration, which helped shape my understanding of both athletic performance and professional client care.
In 2019, I qualified as a Massage Therapist after studying Holistic Swedish Massage, which became an incredible introduction to the world of healing through touch. I received my training through Balancing Touch Massage School, whose strong foundation played an important role in my journey as a therapist.
In 2020, I completed a Remedial Sports Massage course, allowing me to better assist athletes and active individuals with muscle recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.
In 2021, I became a qualified Hijama Practitioner, enabling me to offer both Wet and Dry Cupping Therapy as part of my treatment approach.
I am passionate about continuous learning and growth within the field of massage therapy, and I remain committed to expanding my knowledge and skills in order to better support others on their healing and recovery journey.
